How do I get pre-approved for a mortgage?

We can connect you with trusted lenders who will assess your financial situation and provide the best scenario given your personal goals and then provide a pre-approval letter, helping you determine your budget before house hunting. Some Realtors require before viewing any listed  homes for sale. 

What costs should I expect beyond the purchase price?

Common expenses include closing costs, inspections, appraisal fees-which may or may not be included in closing costs, and potential repairs. 

Do I need to pay my agents commission?

Due to the recent changes in commission structures, we'll guide you through your options and ensure transparency in negotiations. In today's market even with the new regulations most buyer's do not pay for agent representation.

How is my home's value determined?

We provide a free home valuation report based on market trends, recent sales, and property condition. 

Should I make repairs before listing?
